Why polystyrene

Its big advantage is logistical: it's so lightweight that a several-meter piece travels in a van and two people can install it, with no heavy machinery.

Custom paint in matte, gloss or metallic, special textures and realism like wood, stone or marble. It can be coated with resin or polyurea for extra strength.

With protective, waterproofing coatings we prepare it to withstand moisture, rain and UV rays in outdoor installations.

Our process

We start from a sketch, an image or a 3D file and turn it into a unique figure. We use CNC cutting to shape the Styrofoam; then we sand and polish the piece to the final finish.

We make sure your figure arrives in perfect condition and is installed in the desired location.

Most common uses

Corporate events, launches and celebrations; trade fair booths; themed or seasonal window displays; and large-format campaigns on streets, shopping centers or façades.

Our polystyrene work, already installed

In polystyrene we have built the circus elephant for the Las Palmas Carnival, the 1808 façade for FITUR, the Three Kings of a monumental nativity scene and the three-metre dragon of a carnival parade. It is the material that gets you large format while keeping the weight down: a three-metre piece two people can move and assemble.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make figures for private individuals?

No. We work exclusively with companies, agencies and professionals (B2B). We do not take commissions from private individuals or small personal figures.

Do you design the figure if I don't have a model?

Yes. We offer custom 3D design: if you don't have a defined model, we develop the idea from scratch based on a sketch, a reference image or a description, and send you a visual proposal before building.

Does polystyrene withstand the outdoors (sun, rain)?

Raw polystyrene isn't designed for outdoors, but we apply protective coatings that make it resistant to moisture, UV rays and rain. For outdoors we always recommend a resin or waterproof-paint finish.

What's the production time?

It depends on size, level of detail and quantity. As a guide, a medium-size figure with a professional finish usually takes 30 to 40 working days.

Can you coat the piece for more strength?

Yes. We coat with resin or polyurea to give it more rigidity and strength, and apply the finish and texture you need.
