Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should event decor be ordered?

Ideally 3-6 weeks for custom pieces, but we handle rush jobs regularly. With the date and an idea of scope we confirm within 24 h whether we can make it and with which options.

Do you install and dismantle at the event venue?

Yes, it’s part of the service. We coordinate schedules with the venue, install before opening and dismantle at close, in Spain or abroad.

Can you replicate the brand’s visual identity in the pieces?

Yes. We work with your brand guidelines: Pantones, dimensional logos, exact typography and proportions. You approve the 3D design before we build anything.

Can the pieces be reused across several events?

Yes. We design demountable pieces with custom crating for event tours, roadshows and travelling campaigns, made to be assembled and dismantled many times without losing finish.
