Built in Spain, installed in London, Milan, Riyadh or New York

A large-format piece is not shipped like a parcel: it is designed to travel. Modular build, custom crates, road, sea or air freight, customs paperwork and our own crew to install on site. We have done it in the UK, Italy, Saudi Arabia and the United States, and we are the only workshop in the Spanish industry that says so on its website.

How a giant piece travels

01 · Designed for the journey

From the 3D model the piece is split into modules that fit a pallet or a container, with hidden, numbered joints that assemble on site without special tools.

02 · Custom crates

Wooden crates or moulded foam per piece, edge and finish protection, and a full test assembly in the workshop before the crate is closed.

03 · Freight and customs

Road freight across Europe, sea or air beyond. We prepare the paperwork (commercial invoice, packing list, HS code) and work with forwarders we use on each route.

04 · Installation on site

Our crew travels with the piece when the install requires it. Date and time, paint touch-ups on site, and de-rig after the event.

Where we have delivered

London: campaign pieces for an agency. Milan: product replicas and event elements. Riyadh: large-format pieces for a brand activation. New York: a campaign piece shipped by air and assembled by the client with our instructions. Plus all of Spain and Portugal by road with our own transport.

Within Europe, road freight from Madrid reaches Milan or Paris in 2–3 days and London in 3–4. Outside the EU we count transit and customs time inside the lead time we give you, so the event date never depends on a surprise.

What your procurement team needs

Intra-community VAT number to invoice EU companies without VAT. Supplier onboarding and purchase order from day one. Commercial invoice and packing list for customs. Transport insurance included in the quote. If your company requires Incoterms, we usually work DAP (delivered at place) and can quote EXW or DDP.

Most of the pieces we build land between €3,000 and €30,000; full scenography and themed builds start at around €10,000. Send us an idea, a rough size and a date and you get a fixed quote within 24–48 hours.

Why build in Spain rather than locally

Because the price of a technology-driven Spanish workshop stays competitive against London, Paris or Dubai even with freight included. Because one team builds the piece end to end, with no local subcontractor nobody has seen work. And because the brands we work with (Netflix, HBO Max, Heinz, LaLiga, Xiaomi) already know the result.

Frequently asked questions

How long does shipping to the UK or Italy take?

Road freight from Madrid: Italy and France in 2–3 days, the UK in 3–4 days plus customs clearance. That time is included in the total lead time we give you.

Who handles customs?

We prepare the paperwork and work with a forwarder on each route. For the UK, Saudi Arabia and the United States we need the importer's details; we handle the rest.

Do you travel to install?

When the piece requires it, yes: our crew installs on site with a date and time. Simpler pieces ship with numbered assembly instructions and video-call assistance.

Can you invoice an EU company without VAT?

Yes, with our intra-community VAT number. Outside the EU the invoice carries no VAT and import duties are borne by the importer unless we quote DDP.

What if the piece arrives damaged?

Transport is insured and every piece is test-assembled before crating. If something is damaged in transit we repair it on site or ship the replacement module.
