We design, fabricate and paint figures for parks, squares, façades, roundabouts and play areas in our own workshop near Madrid, Spain, and deliver them worldwide. When fiberglass is the right choice

It's the material for pieces that need to last years outside, not a few weeks.

01 · Permanent outdoor use

Sun, rain, frost and temperature swings. Fiberglass doesn't warp or soak up water and, with the right finish, keeps its color.

02 · Touch and traffic areas

Figures people touch, hug or pose with. A fiberglass skin withstands knocks and scuffs far better than a piece painted directly.

03 · Large but light

The skin is thin and strong: a figure several meters tall weighs a fraction of the same piece in stone or concrete, and is easy to ship and anchor.

04 · Repeated use

Parades, yearly fairs or pieces that are assembled and taken down: they can be cleaned, repaired and used again.

How we make a fiberglass sculpture

The whole process happens in our own workshop, with nothing passed on to third parties.

01 · 3D model and split

We model the figure in 3D from your sketch, photo or file, and split it into parts with shipping and seam placement in mind.

02 · A core with the exact shape

We build the form with large-format 3D printing or polystyrene, so the figure matches the model you approved, with no guesswork.

03 · Fiberglass lamination

We cover the core with layers of fiberglass cloth and resin, reinforcing load areas, anchor points and supports.

04 · Outdoor finish

Filling, sanding, priming and hand or airbrush painting, sealed with a UV-protective varnish. Anti-graffiti coating on request.

Anchoring, safety and installation

An outdoor figure has to stay where you put it. From the start we design the base, internal structure and anchoring to the ground or wall for the wind and use it will face. For public spaces we provide the weight, materials and anchoring details your city council or site manager needs. We install across Spain and ship abroad with international delivery.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a fiberglass figure last outdoors?

Years. Lifespan depends mainly on the finish and maintenance: with a UV-protective varnish and an occasional paint check, it withstands the weather season after season.

How is it different from polystyrene or resin?

Polystyrene is light and affordable, ideal for indoor or short-term events and campaigns. Resin gives maximum close-up detail. Fiberglass is the option for permanent outdoor use and areas where people touch or climb.

Can people climb on it?

It can be designed for that by reinforcing the structure and skin at the contact points. Tell us from the start, because it changes how we build it.

Do you ship outside Spain?

Yes. We pack the figure in sections, ship it worldwide and send assembly instructions, or travel to install it.

How long does it take?

It depends on size and number of parts. Your quote comes with a fixed, contractual deadline.

Do you make figures for private individuals?

No. We work exclusively with companies, agencies, public bodies and professionals (B2B).
